Austrian is new Ice Cross Downhill World Champion!

With a victory in Quebec, Marco Dallago won the Ice Cross Downhill World Championship 2014

Against incredible 110,000 spectators raced Marco Dallago (AUT) to the victory, defeating last year's dominators Scott Croxall ( CAN) and Derek Wedge (SUI) . With Luca Dallago (AUT) third, were two Austrians on the podium in Quebec.

In Quebec, the traditional venue for the Red Bull Crashed Ice finals our specialist fitters arrived days before, to build up the race track of real ice. Despite adverse weather conditions, the 500 meter ice track could be handed over on time and in top ice quality. Immediately after the victory of Marco Dallago, our team started with defrosting and breakdown the ice track. A few days later was nothing more to see from the real ice parcour and our installation team were already on the road back home.

Check out the final run to and be impressed by the dynamism of this sport.
